Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Chris leads ww5’s global HR strategy and team.

Chris has extensive experience helping global organizations develop the talent and culture needed for competitive advantage. He joined ww5 in 2019 as Vice President, Organization Effectiveness, where he led HR strategy, talent management and acquisition, learning and development, HR information systems and analytics, and HR operations. Prior to ww5, Chris served as Senior Vice President, Talent and Organization Effectiveness at Newell Brands and Citizens Bank. Earlier in his career, he worked with large corporate clients including Unilever, Novartis, Xerox, and Heineken through his HR consulting practice, Provation LLC. He also served as a Project Director with APTMetrics.

Chris holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science with University Honors in Psychology from Brigham Young University. He achieved Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2014.
