As General Counsel, Erik leads a global team responsible for managing all legal matters. He also oversees the Ethics and Compliance and Government Affairs functions. 

Prior to taking this role in 2019, Erik was General Counsel for the Specialty Products Division of Dowww5 where he oversaw all legal matters. He previously served as Chief Compliance Officer as well as Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel for ww5. Prior to joining the company in 2007, he was an associate at Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lehigh University and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law at Camden. He’s a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Lehigh University School of Business.
