MOLYKOTE® G-8101 Grease is an extreme high temperature grade PFPE grease with much lower evaporation than normal PFPE grease.

G-8101 Grease has been tested by BAM and approved for the use in oxygen rich environments e.g. in pumps, valves, compressors. The test results ensure that G-8101 Grease is safe and stable when exposed to oxygen under high pressure and elevated temperatures e.g. under 50 bars at 60 °C or 25 bars at 300 °C.

Recommended for various bearing applications under high temperature conditions, include textile stenter chains, drying cylinder, automotive painting line and corrugated roll bearings in corrugators; Also applicable for metal moving parts (guide pin, ejector pin, slider part) of high temperature engineering plastic(PEI, PAI, PTFE, PSF) injection molding tooling;A good choice for equipment lubrication in vacuum or cleanroom condition due to its very low vaporation loss performance.
